10 DC Characters That Need Their Own HBO Max Series

DC has displayed that they excel in family dramas. Shows like The Flash, Stargirl and Black Lightning help to introduce a younger audience to DC characters but are also entertaining to adults. With DC at the forefront of family entertainment, the company now have the ability to take the Arrowverse to the next level.

So where is the next level? Well, the year 3000 seems like a good choice. The Legion of Superheroes is a superhero team that could be DC’s answer to Guardians of the Galaxy. Consisting of inhabitants from different planets, the team has been teased by The Flash and Supergirl. However, whether Arrowverse or not, it would be wonderful to see the Legion in any form.

With the team being fairly unknown, the show would revolve around one team member and their relationships with the other Legionnaires. Seeing as Supergirl is about to finish, it might be a good idea to send her off to the future at the end of the last season, setting up the show as a possibility in the future.

With a diverse cast, colourful villains and a breathtaking futuristic setting, the Legion are perfect for a HBO Max series that’s fun for all the family. Long live the Legion.
