10 DC Characters Who Deserve Their Own Show

Granted, she’s already appeared in Arrow but there's still room for her own show.

In this show, Dinah Lance is the lead singer of a rock group of the same name meaning she’s got the perfect excuse to be out all hours of the night kicking ass. Her musical background could also make for some impressive needle drop scenes, be they with Black Canary songs or just other cool fighting tracks.

There’s also room to riff on Bruce Wayne’s persona by making Lance a Kurt Cobain-esque shy and retiring singer but outgoing and egotistical when in costume. She could team up with nearly everyone in the DC Universe since she’s an on/off member of the JLA. And as side characters and villains go, you could do a lot worse than Black Canary.
