For the vast majority of DC fans, Stargirl probably isn't a character they're familiar with. That looks set to change next year though, with Geoff Johns bringing Stargirl to DC Universe.
Brec Bassinger will play the eponymous hero, who is gifted with immense powers when she's given the Cosmic Staff by Jack Knight, but even as fans begin to familiarise themselves with the character, they may be wondering one thing specifically - just who exactly are her villains?
Though Courtney Whitmore may not possess a rogues' gallery as famous or as expansive as the Dark Knight's, what few villains she does have are genuinely quite interesting. The best of all, however, has to be Shiv, who made her comics debut in 1999 as a member of the Injustice Society. She's the daughter of the Dragon King, wields a vicious staff and isn't to be taken likely. Expect her to make waves on the small screen late next year.
