10 Disgusting Times South Park Went Too Far

Technically it's not Kenny doing this stunt, but it's as close as dammit.

After being bribed by Cartman to eat part of a manatee, Kenny finds he has a talent for doing very gross and dangerous stuff for money, like eating vomit and standing beneath a porta-potty. He quickly becomes a phenomenon and the star of his own Jackass-like show.

The increasingly grotesque stunts culminate in Kenny being arrested for performing a lewd act on Howard Stern, which will, unfortunately, prevent him from performing his biggest and most outrageous stunt of all time.

Another kid has been running a scam, pretending to be Cartman but skinny; upon discovering this, the kid, dressed like Kenny, is blackmailed into taking his place, to do the greatest stunt to date: Spending six hours nestled inside Ms. Crabtree.

The actual act itself doesn't involve too much imagery, it's still grim to think about, but it's not the worst looking thing that's been on the show. It's only when the timer runs out and it becomes apparent there's a problem that we see the real horror.

Ms. Crabtree expels a crushed "Kenny", all gooey, killed by the pressure. Then a second unknown child who met the same fate.
