So, it is for Cartman, who else? When the boys are forced to take on a cyber bully who won't let them play their fantasy game properly, they train so hard to level up their characters, they become hyper obese couch potatoes.

Their diet and overall health suffers for it, they all suffer acne, Kyle gets Carpal tunnel, and Cartman winds up with a really bad case of diarrhoea. Unfortunately, he can't leave for the bathroom as they're in the middle of a battle, that has lasted for hours, and they need every man.

The solution: call for his mother to hold a bedpan as he lowers his pants. This would be awful enough, but the mess just goes everywhere, including over his mum. What makes it all the more hilarious is that she's so accepting of the fact, just another day with Eric Cartman.
