Only one thing can rival serial killers in terms of disturbing documentary subjects and that is religious cults.

Heaven's Gate, Jonestown, Waco, history is full of compelling cult docs, but the one we've gone for here is a more recent addition to the genre.

Keep Sweet: Pray and Obey profiles the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, or FLDS for short. An offshoot of Mormonism, the FLDS promotes polygamy; the idea that men are allowed to take more than one wife. Warren Jeffs, the church's leader and main villain of the piece, is thought to been married to 78 different women.

Unfortunately, that's not the worst part. Several of Jeff's wives were underage when he married them, circumstances that were unfortunately common amongst the wider FLDS community.

The actual worst part is that this sect still exists with as many 10,000 members at time of writing. Cults are often extremely powerful and have ruined many good people's lives with their indoctrination.

This documentary is yet another example of this, but its focus on young girls is what makes it so startling.
