10 Doctor Who Characters Who Would Make A Great Prime Minister

6. Sutekh

Drathro is a major candidate for a powerful PM, but this next choice makes even him look as wishy-washy as Vince Cable when it comes to all-encompassing mastery. Give Sutekh your vote and it could spell not only the subjugation of the country, but also the entire universe. His credentials as a British citizen are highly questionable, but let's face it, who's going to ask for a butchers at his passport? His management skills are second to none - he had to learn the art of delegation after his brother trapped him in a pyramid on Mars, and his record at deploying an army of robot Mummies is impressive compared to his competitors' achievements. To be the commander of a nation you've got to have confidence, and it's safe to say Sutekh has that in spades. He also has patience (he's used to sitting still for long periods of time), a vital quality lacking in today's 24 hour society. A potential drawback could be his insistence that the leaders of the world come to him. That no doubt involves travelling along a Corridor of Eternity, so if the President of Ghana gets motion sickness, that wouldn't be good for crisis meetings.
