5. Gina Gets Amy To Burn Her Book - Brooklyn Nine-Nine

One of the most quotable members of the Nine-Nine squad, Chelsea Peretti's portrayal of Gina Linetti made her one of the Brooklyn Nine-Nine's most popular characters during the first six seasons of the show. Her brutal putdowns and slightly egomaniacal nature made for a fun watch and led to plenty of memorable sparring matches with her colleagues.

However, with characters like these, there's always a fine line between balancing the unique charm of them and veering a bit too much into the cruel and likeable.

Sadly that veering off is exactly what ended up happening with Gina in season six before her departure. With Amy having to practically force Gina and Rosa for a ladies lunch to celebrate Gina leaving, she gives her departing friend a huge book containing all of her tweets from the past, saying that she knew that was what she wanted to see before she died.

Gina then proceeds to take the book outside and makes Amy burn it in front of them, claiming that it was another 'flawless Gina moment' and the only way her friend could become more cool. Gina might have been a witty member of the team, and one of the most meme-worthy characters in the show. But, there's just something unsettling about this scene of her ripping into Amy's insecurities and putting her down, even after being given such a touching gift, that really shouldn't sit right with fans of the show.
