The most exciting rumour/theory about Season 14 is the potential for it to be a multi-Doctor series…. with a twist. Season 14 is going to also double as the show’s 60th anniversary and RTD’s big return, so it needs to be something epic.

What better than doing a multi-Doctor series? Anniversaries tend to go with multi-Doctor stories because they’re a great way to look back and honour those who played the part before and draw on previous eras and blend it all together. However, Peter Capaldi said he’s not a fan of multi-Doctor stories and Christopher Eccleston has agreed. He said, “If you want me back, you’d get me on my own.”

So, how would that work? What about a season where each modern Doctor (maybe even a classic or two) gets their own story and standalone episodes with an arc to tie them together, and then they could come together for the finale, or at least work on their own but together from their own respective times. If this was done, and focussed on the past Doctors, leaving 14 to be revealed at the end as mentioned before, this might be enough to get Capaldi and Eccleston back which would be enormous!

He idolises Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Lara Croft and would 100% be a Sith Lord in a galaxy far, far away. He wishes life was like a musical so he’d actually be a good singer.
