9. Eric Forman (That '70s Show)
You can argue that Forman proved himself to be a necessary component when the series flatlined in season 8 after Topher Grace departed, but that still doesn't change how forgettable his character was compared to the rest of the cast. This is another case of how secondary characters can steal the show, and That 70s Show had a lot of great characters. Most of the laughs came from Fez and Kelso, the wit came from Hyde and we had both of these coming from Jackie and Donna. Even Forman's parents were more interesting than him. This is mostly because the character relied too heavily on the same characters for every episode. Most of his stories revolved around his relationship with Donna and his parents, and he rarely had significant moments with anyone else, besides Hyde early on. He was just a character that reacted to big moments, but he was never a character you remembered for doing anything. I have little doubt that his basement is the only reason these people bothered to hang out with him at all.
