10 Funniest South Park Characters Ever

Mmmmkay, that's mmmkay, mmmkay.

If there's one character that's known for a single dialectic catchphrase in the entirety of the show's history, it's almost guaranteed that no one else will come to your mind before the school's inept counselor, Mr Mackey. A man known not only for his overtly large cranium that doesn't hold much knowledge, or even just his catchphrase that is likely the most spoken line in the show, he's also a man with a lot of turmoil which in a show like this, is a comedic goldmine.

As early as the first two seasons, Parker and Stone really explored all the possibilities that could materialise from an initially one-note character such as Mackey, or at least it seemed. While he has some satirically fantastic moments in the first two seasons, he really blossomed into an entity all of his own later down the line.

As we journey into the mind of Mackey and find out that he's still a vulnerable boy in a man's body after being... well, molested by a man dressed as a cartoon owl.

But while all of this is funny to some, nothing compares to the time in which he genuinely lost his mind over somebody defecating in the school urinal, spouting obscenities in a rage reminiscent of a withdrawing crack addict.
