4. Luffy Vs Rob Luchi - One Piece

Enies Lobby was arguably the best One Piece arc to date. In fact, it is without a doubt one of the best in anime history. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The jewel in the crown was the legendary final battle between Luffy and Rob Lucci.

The Captain of the Straw Hats and the strongest member of CP9 had clashed before, with the Leopard Model trouncing the rubber man. This time though, with new powers and a surge of emotion for his friend and crewmate, it was Luffy who turned the tables.

With the rest of the Straw Hats getting to Robin, and the Franky Family, giants, and Galley-La people also finding a way out, it is left to Luffy to beat the enemy boss and seal their win. At first the fight appears to play out in a similar fashion to their first encounter. Luchi’s advance fighting techniques and ferocious zoan type powers, overpower Luffy. However, the man with the straw hat then calls upon his trademarked resilience to reverse the tide. Using his new gears 2 and 3, the man who will be King of the Pirates, unleashes one final gatling attack to vanquish his mighty foe.
