Throughout its surprisingly long run, making incredibly meta and self-referential jokes has been Family Guy's bread and butter. But it seems even a boundary-pushing show like this one isn't above putting in a stupid penis joke every now and again.

In fact, there's a subtle penis hidden in nearly every single episode of the show. Well, as subtle as an animated cartoon penis can be. Whilst numerous jokes have been made by fans and the show itself about how Peter's chin looks like some guy's balls, Lois Griffin actually has it worse since that character is drawn and animated to resemble a penis.

As pointed out by a Redditor, the tip of Lois' head resembles the tip of, well, you know what, and when ever Lois is facing away from the camera, the comparison becomes even more obvious. Now that this comparison has been pointed out, it's going to be impossible to un-see this joke now and watching Family Guy is going to be a whole new experience.
