Ted breaks up with a girl after learning that she used to be fat. His circle of friends treat this as a funny story rather than the horrible thing it is.
Robin is unreasonably rude to Patrice. She is a sweet girl who is extra nice to Robin yet all of her responses are always met by the scream, “Nobody asked you Patrice!”
Somebody in the writers’ room really dropped the ball on this one.
