10 Ideas For Agents Of Shield Spin-Off

2. Secret Warriors

Agents Of Shield
Marvel

With Coulson forming his own team of superhumans, this could be the most likely candidate for a new series. In the comics, the Secret Warriors were a team of unknown superhumans gathered together by Nick Fury after he disappeared.

Replace Fury with Coulson, and the same could very well work here. Fury was preparing the Secret Warriors for a Skrull invasion, while for Coulson, he could be preparing them in the wake of what he discovered about the Inhumans and the Kree.

Adding more to it, Fury’s right-hand woman in the Secret Warriors was a mutant named Quake with the ability to create earthquake-like vibrations. Beginning to sound familiar? Quake is the daughter of Mr. Hyde (real name Calvin Zabo) and her real name is Daisy Johnson.

Yup, for those who aren’t aware, Skye is the Marvel Cinematic Universe counterpart to Quake. And this season has really been building up Skye’s ascension, first as a competent S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, and now as a superhero.

All of the Secret Warriors characters could be tied into the Inhumans as opposed to their comic book counterparts. And now that we know Coulson is potentially planning to gather and train superheroes, what better choice for the spin-off than those heroes?
