4. Jean-Ralphio - Parks And Recreation

On the one hand, he's absolutely the most annoying human that's ever walked the earth. On the other hand€he kind of grows on you? When you first meet Jean-Ralphio, you're hit over the head with his abrasiveness and probably thinking to yourself, "Dear God, what is this thing?" and reconsidering the fact that you used to find Aziz Ansari the most irritating character on the show. Sure, you might've thought he was at first, but then in came Jean-Ralphio, and you just had to bow down to your new King. After a while, though, you start to appreciate his ridiculous sense of humour and the way that he sings like 75% of his lines. Against your better judgement, you start to feel like you might be losing your mind, because you're actually starting to like Jon Ralphio. Still, he's better in small doses, and he occasionally has a tendency to grate on the nerves, but used sparingly Jean-Ralphio has the potential to be hilarious.
