10 Marvel Heroes Who Should Get A Disney+ Series

1. The Punisher

One of the best things to come out of Marvel's run on Netflix was Jon Bernthal's version for Frank Castle. He played the character in the second season of Daredevil and two seasons of The Punisher. While he was a fan favorite, and the best iteration of the Punisher, the series was axed alongside the rest of the Netflix roster of Marvel shows.

Since that happened, fans have repeatedly clamoured for several Marvel Netflix actors and characters to make their way to the rest of the MCU, possibly via Disney+. Frank Castle in particular is a character that fans desperately want to see get another chance.

Bernthal's portrayal of Castle is nuanced and emotional, which gave him a depth fans had never seen before. On top of that, Frank was still the killing machine they got to know and love in the comic books. It's undeniable that fans want Bernthal's version of Castle back but it's hard to say if Disney would let what makes the Punisher great slide on their streaming service.

Punisher is not the kind of guy the House of Mouse usually associates with.
