We all know the criticism reality shows face, whether or not it is because it's scripted, or because how demeaning the characters and situations are, all of them have been the preferred target of critics and audiences alike. However, none of this criticism has affected the running of the show, or that was until Oxygen cancelled the airing of their new Reality Show All my Babies Mamas. The show would follow a rapper named Carlos Shawty Lo Walker, who had 11 children with 10 different women, and how all of them trying, but ultimately failing to live a happy life together. Picture Jersey Shore, but all the members of the house are related. When a sneak-peak of the show was aired, the reaction was overwhelmingly negative, with people calling the show demeaning, insulting, and how it reinforced negative stereotypes about African-Americans. The pressure on the show was so high than the network actually decided to cancel the show before it was even aired.
