5. Ryan Breaks The Desk Light
Another favourite game on ‘Whose Line’ was ‘Party Quirks’. This game involved one of the performers playing the role of a party host, while the other three were all guests that had been given a strange quirk or identity to portray. The aim of the game was for the performer playing the host to guess the strange quirk that the others had been given.
On this occasion, Ryan was given the role of ‘Carol Channing whose head keeps getting stuck to things’. Ryan’s imitation of Carol Channing became a running gag on the show but was not the detail that is most remembered from this moment.
Towards the end of the game, Ryan was flying around the stage with his head sticking to different objects and people. However, as he went over to Drew Carey’s desk and stuck his head against it, he inadvertently smashed the fluorescent light tube that was on the front of the desk.
Thankfully, Ryan was fine but the segment went into a state of disarray as the performers hilariously tried to hold it all together.
