10 Most Inventive Ways That Doctor Who Has Killed Off Its Own Characters

1. Death By Fondant Surprise (Love And Monsters)

Those jolly japesters of Terra Alpha certainly like a practical joke or two. While most 'killjoys' are executed by the pastel wearing Happiness Patrol, tyrant Helen A has a special treat up her sleeve for the occasional unlucky deviant. Actually, being forced to watch The Happiness Patrol is considered unnecessary torture in most civilised nations, even Guantanamo Bay refusing to play all three episodes in one go. Anyway, back to Helen A. She reserves her fondant surprise for only the eldest extras, getting her henchman the Kandyman to lower a very slow moving tube over said old fellow and then pumping enough strawberry flavoured goo to drown him. Of all the various deaths the show has given us, surely this is the most inventive and downright daftest of the lot?
