10 Most Powerful Weapons In Doctor Who History

6. The Death Particle

The Death Particle is the smallest weapon on this list, but its power utterly eclipses its size.

Created by the Cyberium - essentially a storage system for all Cyber knowledge - the Death Particle does what it says on the tin, and can destroy all organic life on an entire planet. Plants, insects, people. All wiped out, in a matter of seconds. Fear it.

The only time a Death Particle has been used in Doctor Who was in The Timeless Children, where Ko Sharmus detonates one on Gallifrey. We haven't visited Gallifrey since then, but presuming that the Death Particle lives up to the hype, there isn't a single thing left alive on the Doctor's homeworld today.

It's unclear if more Death Particles exist, or if more can even be made. But despite the little we know about them (and their lack of screen time) their power cannot be disputed.
