10 Reasons The Walking Dead Needs To End

3. Over-Saturation

Like many other popular TV dramas these days, The Walking Dead has a complete product line with t-shirts, coffee mugs, board games, and all sorts of other merch, not to mention the graphic novels from which it originated. Frankly, we're at peak Walking Dead saturation levels. There's only so many products with the show's logo slapped on it that fans can possibly take. With the launch of the prequel coming up soon, fans will be awash in all things Walking Dead - and like anything else, too much of a good thing will mean running the risk of turning fans off. It would be best for the show to have an exit strategy in place - one that is executed before it overstays its welcome.
