6. Abandoned Storylines
Were we ever told what Quinns big plans for New York were? Other than a haircut of course. Werent Sam and Mercedes in love? What happened to Lauren Zizes? Glee drops so many storylines in an instant with little to no explanation. Its incredibly hard for anyone to keep up with it. There seems to be no grand scheme of events but rather a bunch of storylines exercised for an episode or two. Probably the most ridiculous of these is, as previously mentioned, Quinns big plans. The end of Funeral is rather sinister, with the implication that Quinn is planning to hijack the bus to New York and stowaway in Madison Square Garden until she is given $1,000,000. Instead, she complains about not having a boyfriend and then gets a haircut, in what may be one of the most anticlimactic moments of the entire show. Actually, pretty much everything to do with Quinn. The birth of her daughter Beth at the end of season one was a non-factor in season two, and for some unknown reason, unholy resurrected for a sham of a storyline in season three.
