9. The One Where He Uses The Past As A Weapon
Weve all come into contact with someone who never forgets past mistakes or embarrassments. They always bring them up in arguments, regardless of whether its relevant or not. Ross Geller is one of these people. His sister Monica, in one of the shows less appealing running gags, used to be fat. Instead of respecting his sisters obvious embarrassment and discomfort over this area of her past, Ross repeatedly uses it against her. He makes classless jokes and snide comments over the whole course of the show, all directed at Monicas weight, and always when he wants to get one over on her. She was bullied for it when she was at school, and her brother has decided she needs to continue getting bullied for it in adulthood. In another episode, Monica goes on a date with her high school crush Chip Matthews, who Rachel also used to date. Ross decides this is a perfect opportunity to cause some emotional damage to Rachel, and is unflinching in his glee about rubbing her face in it. Its such a d*ck move.
