4. Officer Lou

Standing in the shadow of Chief Wiggum - the awfully large shadow of Chief Wiggum - is Officer Lou. Eddie is there as well, of course, but Lou has always got more laughs. Often playing the straight man to Wiggum, Lou can be both funny and pretty cool. He's also the most competent cop on the force, which isn't saying all that much really, but it's still a fact. Yet we barely ever see him without either Wiggum or Eddie. Maybe it's time for Officer Lou to work solo for a bit. If you really want to keep him partnered, however, Lou and Eddie could make a pretty good Murtaugh and Riggs. And if you do have him go solo, have him fill in for Wiggum as Chief. It would be pretty easy to have an excuse for Wiggum to be gone for a bit - lost his gun, seeking the perfect donut, stripped of his badge for incompetence...
