3. Milhouse

Milhouse had a moment to shine when he was cast in the role of Fallout Boy in the Radioactive Man movie, but since then, he has mostly been relegated to sidekick, lusting over Lisa, or turning up in the future as her current or former flame, depending on the episode. The best use of Milhouse lately was having him pose as his father, Kirk, when the kids discovered how easily he could pass for the elder Van Houten, but there's a lot more, as with so many of these characters, that you could do with the house. Remember, this is the kid that spouted the gems "The 'House always wins" and "Everything's turning up Milhouse!" Do a role reversal, and have Milhouse take the lead for a change, with Bart at his side.
