2. Miss Hoover

With the passing of Marcia Wallace and the retirement/death of Edna Krabappel, there needs to be a new teacher at Springfield Elementary to fill the void. Someone for the kids to focus on. However, does it really need to be a new teacher? Why not an old one? Miss Hoover has been around forever as Lisa's teacher, but she has never had the screen time that Edna did. It's time to change that. In-class stories and antics don't always have to be on Bart's side. Lets see how Miss Hoover deals with a troublesome new student that pesters Lisa. Lets see what happens in her private life. Lets see how she interacts with Principal Skinner (and not in a romantic way, since they already went there with Krabappel).
