Body language can tell a lot about someone, from how they are as a person to what they like and dislike, which is an important sign that depicts a Doctor Who fan. This can be one of the hardest ways of spotting out Whovian from the crowd but looking at their body language has been known to really help. If one fan watched the Matt Smith era on repeat, for instance, as the Eleventh Doctor was their favourite, they'd have subliminally picked up some of his traits into their own mannerisms. If viewed closely, they can be easily spotted. Many people who aren't Doctor Who fans would see this as something unusual as it's not what you would consider to be normal body language.
