The worst way to make your awful story worse is to make it reach extend beyond the confines of itself. Rather than just be dreadful on its own, it goes on to remind everyone of Victory of the Daleks. The only response to seeing the Paradigm Daleks in this scene is a short high pitched croak that sounded in your head saying, "How are they there and how are they not killing every gold Dalek in sight?. It ruins a scene which already features the headspin of a 'Dalek Parliament' and turns that spin into the sort of 45G centrifuge used to train astronauts. Like the rest of episode, its guaranteed to make you vomit.
