4. Rebis
In the comics, the negative spirit that merged with Larry (which is now known as Keeg Bovo) separated from him for a time, merging with Valentina Vostok, and at one point it healed him of his radiation sickness so he could live a normal life. Later, the spirit came back, and merged with both Larry and his doctor, Eleanor Poole.
The fusion of those three individuals created Rebis, a more powerful negative entity. Rebis was a composite consciousness with an intersex body, and they remembered the lives and knowledge of all three separate individuals.
The creation of Rebis was one of the most memorable moments in Doom Patrol history, and Larry's time as a fraction of Rebis is still relevant to current Doom Patrol comics. Becoming part of Rebis was essentially Negative Man reaching his final form, and it would be a huge missed opportunity to leave it out of the show.
