10 Things You Learn Rewatching Game Of Thrones Season 4

6. The Joffrey Statue

Joffrey Game of Thrones
HBO

Thrones is full of tiny details that may have been highlighted at the time but have escaped memory since. You won't be able to remember [insert character names here] dress in Season 4, but it will no doubt have held some significance.

One such moment was the statue of Joffrey. His life is a closed case, so this bears no relevance to Season 6, but there's an interesting moment as Brienne and Margaery wander past a statue of Joffrey.

He's standing nobly, with a foot atop a dead direwolf, pierced with his crossbow. Adding a Joffrey statue to the city provides a great touch of realism and history, while it's also a slight nod the crossbow's important role at the end of the Season RE: Tyrion/Tywin.
