6. Quagmire's Dad
Many feel like this was the worst thing Family Guy has ever done. It all goes down in season 8 episode named “Quagmire’s Dad”.
When Quagmire’s dad transitions to a woman it comes as a shock to him. He is confused more then anything but the same can’t be said for the rest of the cast. The woman now known as Ida is subject to abuse behind her back from all the Griffins when she goes to their house for dinner.
At one point she’s just called a straight up “monster” and made to eat outside as if she’s a dog. All this feels a bit unnecessary and makes fun of a group already marginalised by a lot of society.
