10 Times Star Trek Didn't Think It Through

Star Trek Spocks Brain

Spock's Brain is an honest, fun hour. Sure, it's been derided in almost every discussion about it since its airing, but was it ever trying to be anything truly great?

The episode was the big premiere after The Original Series had been saved from cancellation and it wasn't exactly the celebration of all things logical. Having Spock's name in the title does not a Search For Spock make.

There's no need to get too deep into it here - Vulcans can live, for a time, without their brains. Alright then. Is it any wonder why this particular medical marvel has never been revisited in Star Trek since then?

Brain? Brain! What is brain?

Certainly nothing on show here.
