Yes, it’s another comparatively early episode which is much reviled by the fandom and often prompts debates over what constitutes the “Worst. Episode. Ever.”
It doesn’t help that this infamous episode, wherein the plot of Lisa's Pony is recycled with Bart as the pet owner, has the gall to make fun of the fact that the show itself is no longer bothered coming up with a fresh or original premise...
Though we do have to admit that the troll-ish choice to end on a surreal "jockeys as magical evil singing elves" subplot is pretty inspired and sort-of-maybe saves this one.
