6. Jay (The Inbetweeners)
For all his bravado, Jay was actually quite insecure, as shown through his rather cringe worthy relationship with Chloe in the season two finale. He gloats about all of his sexual conquests, seemingly oblivious to how obvious his lies are. Jay is often mocked by everyone around him, including his dad, for his lack of success with the opposite sex; his inspired stories being unable to convince them otherwise. But at the end of the first film, as with the other boys, Jay gets not only the girl, but a girl. Its quite surprising given his wholly misogynistic attitude, an obstacle throughout the film. Jane, his love interest in the film, doesnt fit the lads mag criteria of the perfect woman Jay has become accustom to, thus he feels embarrassed to be around her. Though scorned at first, Jane eventually forgives Jay and the two enjoy a fumble in the toilets at a boat party. Jays shocking attitude towards woman hardly warrants a happy ending, but for some reason he manages to get the girl. Why? No one knows.
