10 TV Moments IMPOSSIBLE To Watch Same Way After This

9. That '70s Wardrobe - Stranger Things

Stranger Things may be wholly concerned with '80s nostalgia - and contains countless era-appropriate Easter eggs to that effect - but it also includes an unexpected nod to one of the most beloved sitcoms of the late '90s/early '00s, which is set in the '70s no less.

In Stranger Things' third season, Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin) and Max (Sadie Sink) are seen wearing a green shirt with yellow/white trim and a blue top with red/orange/green stripes respectively.

This is the exact same wardrobe worn by Eric (Topher Grace) and Donna (Laura Prepon) in an episode of That '70s Show, and while it could theoretically be a coincidence, it seems incredibly unlikely given the Duffer Brothers' penchant for both homage and Easter eggs.

It might be a slightly strange fit considering that the sitcom was neither aired nor set in the '80s, but it's still a pretty fun nod all the same.
