4. Janet Gets Handed A Prop - The Good Place
In the sixth episode of The Good Place, Michael (Ted Danson) is investigating some problems in the neighbourhood and attempts to narrow down a list of suspects with the help of walking database Janet (D'Arcy Carden).
However, there are enough ongoing variables that the list of suspects is massive, with Janet handing Michael a book-sized ream of papers.
Look closely in the seconds before Janet hands the stack of papers to Michael, though, and you'll see a stage hand pass the papers to them in the bottom-left corner of the frame.
Considering that Janet is able to materialise anything at will, they wouldn't need to be passed anything, so this is very clearly a mistake that somehow, hilariously, made it into the final cut.
There's not much of an excuse for this one considering how easily it could've been cropped or edited out by using alternate coverage, but at least in a show as wild as The Good Place it's hardly going to shatter anyone's suspension of disbelief.
