If you were around in the 1990s, you were probably aware of Seinfeld's presence, and, with the show's momentum actually accelerating steadily as it came closer to closing out, fans expected fireworks. What most of them recall though is nothing but underwhelming disappointment in abundance.
Even after re-enlisting the expertise of Larry David to write the finale, the man who was essentially responsible for a substantial portion of the show's most memorable moments, the viewers were still far from satisfied.
The majority of complaints revolved around two fundamental aspects of the plot itself. The ridiculous law that was allegedly just implemented earlier that day that lands them in court wasn't exactly applauded, nor with the eventual incarceration that followed.
