10 TV Shows Already Cancelled In 2020 (And Why)
4. Knightfall
A Vikings nock off through and through, this History Channel series saw its armoured head thrown on the chopping block like so many serfs earlier this year. Knightfall began covering the exploits of the Knight’s Templar with its first season way back in 2017.
It was a slow-paced and none too promising series which many critics felt didn’t deserve the second season it was granted in 2018, and despite the arrival of Star Wars hero/ new Chucky Mark Hammill to its already overstuffed cast, the show continued to struggle with winning over a sizeable audience.
This one was more of a mercy killing, so here’s hoping the next look at this fascinating period brings with it a bit more action.
