9. Kingdom
Another Netflix show, Kingdom is a South Korean period horror set during a zombie uprising in the 16th Century.
The show received rave reviews from critics across the board, often receiving comparisons to The Walking Dead. The good bits of The Walking Dead too!
The show has had two seasons to date, as well as a special "sidequel" episode (yes, that's a real word) that came out in 2021. But, since then, we've heard nothing from it.
Series creator and writer Kim Eun-Hee doesn't seem too concerned. She's got ideas for days.
Kim stated in an interview, "Kingdom is a series that gives me more energy the more I write it. The cast and crew all have great chemistry, and there's so much more to tell. If viewers allow, I would love to see it develop even up to season 10."
This is certainly promising for fans of the show, who would love to see it make a comeback very soon.
Whilst Kingdom doesn't need to be brought back from the dead just yet, let's hope that Netflix haven't finished it off with an improabable headshot.
