Fans would absolutely love to see Scrubs make a comeback, because the way it ended was Disappointing with a capital D.
After years of getting attached to the show's characters, the ninth and final season cut almost all of them and expected audiences to care about a brand new batch of medical interns.
They even changed the theme music! That's a line you do not cross!
For many, the show already had its perfect goodbye at the end of Season 8. But, if you're going to extend Scrubs' lifetime for one extra season, you might as well do it for multiple.
At the ATX TV festival in 2022, series creator Bill Lawrence made a pretty bold claim about the show making a return.
"We’re gonna do it because we’re lucky enough that people care," he said. Woah, big claim there Bill. Love your confidence, but maybe have an actual deal in place first?
Actors Zach Braff and Donald Faison have both said that they would be down for another trip to Sacred Hearts Hospital, although they were slightly more subtle than Lawrence was.
Fingers crossed that, if the show doesn't get rebooted, fans don't find out where Bill lives.
