4. Batwoman
Sticking with the women of the Batman mythos for a moment, why not have a series based around Batwoman? Just as Supergirl has found success by taking Superman lore and given it a feminist twist, it's time to see the same done for the Dark Knight's universe with Batwoman.
Besides, Kate Kane is a freaking amazing character in her own right. Despite her superhero moniker making her sound like a knock-off, she's an independent hero and is usually depicted as being on equal footing with Bruce Wayne rather than simply serving as one of his many sidekicks. One of the most celebrated things about her is that she is a rare LGBT heroine in DC's library. If she did get her own series, she would be the first lesbian lead of a superhero TV show ever.
Seriously, a Batwoman series is such an all-round win of an idea that it's surprising there haven't been any rumblings about it happening before. Not even the DCEU seems to be doing anything with her. Wake up and smell the Bat-cash-cow, DC!
