10 TV Shows That Are Somehow 10 Years Old

3. Robot Chicken

Stop motion TV shows were old hat by the time Robot Chicken first hit screens on February 20th, 2005. Noddy, Trumpton, Bagpuss, Postman Pat, Thomas the Tank Engine and even the tiny-tooled Bob the Builder helped to evolve the fiddly process but with nowhere left to grow, Seth Green's clay-based comedy brought it back to basics on the US Cartoon Network as part of their late night programming block, Adult Swim. Sarah Michelle Gellar, Mila Kunis, Seth McFarlane and Breckin Mayer regularly lend their voices to Robot Chicken while the list of celebrity guest stars is longer than a rapper's rap sheet. Sadly even after eight seasons Robot Chicken is still niche viewing in the UK but its profile has been heavily boosted following the DVD releases of the four Star Wars specials. Maybe us Brits just aren't ready to look past the likes of Morph and Wallace & Gromit for high-quality stop motion comedy or a homoerotic He-Man. In fact, here's the offer of one million bonus points to anyone who knows which UK network has the rights to Robot Chicken. Anyone? Anyone? Anyone?
