7. Family Guy - Antonin Scalia's Death
Family Guy hasn't enjoyed quite as much success with its predictions as The Simpsons, and that's probably for the best considering how surreal the world of Quahog can be, but it's come out with a doozy or two of its own over the years.
In the 2007 episode Meet the Quagmires, Death reveals that Supreme Court Justice Scalia was killed after being shot dead by Dick Cheney during a hunting accident. Typical Seth MacFarlane humour.
The whole life imitating art thing took a dark twist 10 years later when Scalia actually died on a hunting trip. Cheney wasn't involved, but the two were close friends.
Some Family Guy fans will also claim the show predicted Bruce Jenner's gender reassignment, the Boston Marathon bombings, and Robin Williams's tragic suicide.
