2. Stranger Things - Eleven's Gang
When it comes to deciding which episode of Stranger Things is the most hated, it's very likely that you'll hear about "Chapter Seven: The Lost Sister". This massively reviled episode brought the revelation that Eleven was not the only one of her kind after a small group of fellow physics created by the same facility brought her into their world.
The episode itself is criticised for being too absurd, with Eleven's new "dark" look being laughable and the other players feeling hollow and uninteresting. What makes it even worse is that after they part ways at the end of the episode, no other physic is heard from again.
Yes, people hated the episode, but the introduction that there are others out there like Eleven is undoubtedly something that should be explored? Yet it wasn't, as it seems the showrunners wanted to leave this embarrassing episode behind them as quickly as they could.
To make matters worse, the episode even teased that the big bad of season one - Dr Brenner - was still alive. But, after season three came and went, it seems that this tease was just a candle in the wind. Hopefully season four might pick up the reigns for this one.
