5. Smallville
Ten seasons I waited to see Clark Kent finally transform into Superman. That's ten years. That's a little less than half of my entire life on this planet. Instead of seeing a real reveal of Superman, we get a blurry, rushed, awful representation of him becoming the man we know today. I worshipped this show and even after Michael Rosenbaum left his role as Lex Luthor and the show became a huge superhero soap opera, I still watched it hoping it would be better and come to think of it. It did get better, eventually. That two-hour finale was wasted on a story that brings Lex Luthor back to life, which pretty much negates the last few seasons of the show. Essentially slapping the viewers in the face for watching. I still feel the minor sting on my cheek where I was slapped by the people who threw this finale at us.
