8. My Lips Are Sealed (Season 4 Episode 21)

Scrubs Zach Braff
NBC

J.D and Carla share a kiss after a drunken night out and contemplate telling Turk about it, Jordan is worried that Dr. Cox playing too rough with their son, Jack, and Elliot has trouble keeping a straight face when a patient tells her about his embarrassing injury.

Why it sucks: I am not sure what the writers were trying to do or show when they decided that Carla and JD should kiss. If they were trying to introduce a bit of tension into Turk and Carla's relationship that will last over a few episodes then I can understand it, but the issue was all resolved and forgotten about by the end of the episode! It would take a lot to make us think that Turk and Carla would break up and if that was supposed to be the spark that set off those chain of events, then they failed miserably. Also, for me, it highlights my own personal beliefs that JD is a horrible human being throughout the show.

What doesn't suck: The story about how Elliot's patient accidentally managed to unhook his grandmother's breathing apparatus with his erect penis brought on by Viagra use, was hilarious.

I see my role at WhatCulture the same way my wife sees my role as a lover: I contribute in a very small way, my presence is barely noticeable and I’m not entirely sure if the laughter is at me or with me.
