10 Worst TV Shows Of 2016
8. Rush Hour
You ever remember the Rush Hour films and think "man, what the franchise really needs is a television spin-off without Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan". You ever think that? Nope, me neither.
But somebody at CBS did. Like the films, the Rush Hour TV show follows two detectives, one radical and the other by-the-book, forced into forming a partnership by typically convoluted circumstances. The greatest flaw with CBS's Rush Hour is that the whole you time you watch it you can't help but compare it unfavourably to the films. Tucker and Chan have such chemistry, rendering Justin Hires and Jon Foo - the men who play the central detectives - weird, unappealing impersonations.
It also doesn't help that the plot is plodding and uninspired, just another bad cop show in a vast sea of the same thing.
