Initially represented as pure comic relief but Hurley turned out to be so much deeper than that. His assertions that he is not crazy and that he needs people to believe in him drive him up until the shows ending where, finally, someone believes in him. Likable, funny, loved and emotionally deep he was, at points, the complete character who gave us everything you could possibly want.
