1. Sasquatch - The Six Million Dollar Man

Sasquatch (played by the inimitable Andre the Giant) was a robotic watchdog-like character in The Six Million Dollar Man and The Bionic Woman. Serving as the guardian for a race of marooned extra-terrestrial beings, Sasquatch comes into conflict with both Steve Austin and Jaimie Sommers (The Bionic Woman). That's it for me. There are a LOT more robots that didn't make my list but probably deserved to be mentioned. I'm sure you have a few favorites. I'd love to hear about them in the comments.
